I used 4 cans of Bond Lock I got mine from Lowe's but you can buy it here(You would only need 1 or 2 of these tops if your garage floor is in ok shape...mine had tons of oil stains) [ http://www.hardwareandtools.com/Quikrete-96-Quikrete-Coatings-Bond-Lock-In-1-7150451.html ]  I used (1) 2 and 1/2 car kit I picked this up locally at Home Depot

Other than that con some of your friends into helping you and spend plenty of time on prep...its not hard to do at all.
